2019 House of Delegates Voting Instructions

HOD voting is electronic –follow these four steps to vote for the candidates of your choice.

1. Obtain your credential card.

2. Locate your unique Voter ID code and your Voter ID Key in the bottom left corner of your credential card.

3. Go to https://ncsshod2019.electionrunner.com/ and enter your unique Voter ID Code and your Voter ID Key.

4. Vote for the candidate of your choice!

Voting Opens: Friday, November 22 at 8:00 PM

Voting Closes: Saturday, November 23 at 12:00 PM

The voting link will be live at 8:00 pm on Friday, November 22. You will not be able to access the link before the ballot opens.

The voting link will be closed on Saturday, November 23, 2019 at noon.
